वीराद्‌ दुर्योधनाद्‌ वान्य: शक्तः पातयितुं रणे । क्रियतामवहारो<स्माद्‌ युद्धाद्‌ ब्राह्मणसंवृतात्‌

Transliteration

vīrād duryodhanād vānyaḥ śaktaḥ pātayituṃ raṇe | kriyatām avahāro 'smād yuddhād brāhmaṇasaṃvṛtāt ||

Translation

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「勇将ドゥルヨーダナを除いて、ほかに誰が戦いの中で（そのような武人を）打ち倒す力を持つというのか。ゆえに、ブラーフマナたちに囲まれたこの戦場から退くがよい。」
