भीमस्य जलान्वेषणं तथा वनविश्रान्तिः

दर्शयन् सर्वसैन्यानां स बाद्दोर्बलमात्मन: । सिंहनादस्वनं कृत्वा निर्जनाम धनंजय:,समस्त सैनिकोंको अपना बाहुबल दिखाते हुए अर्जुन सिंहनाद करके वहाँसे लौटे
darśayan sarvasainyānāṁ sa bāddhorbalam ātmanaḥ | siṁhanādasvanaṁ kṛtvā nirjanām dhanaṁjayaḥ ||
ヴァイシャンパーヤナは語った。集いし全軍の前で己の腕力を示し、ダナンジャヤ（アルジュナ）は獅子のごとき咆哮を放った。そうして彼はその場を退き、そこを人影なきままにした――集まった武人たちの面前で、自らの武威と決意を公然と示す所作であった。
