त्रयाणामितरेषां तु नाश आत्मनि नश्यति । पित्र्यादृणादनिर्मुक्त इदानीमस्मि तापसा:
trayāṇām itareṣāṁ tu nāśa ātmāni naśyati | pitryād ṛṇād anirmukta idānīm asmi tāpasāḥ ||
ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「残る負債については、それはただ己の身が滅びるだけでは消え去らぬ。おお苦行者たちよ、今なお私は祖霊への負債から解き放たれてはいない。」
