इस प्रकार श्रीमह्या भारत आदिपर्वके अन्तर्गत सम्भवपर्वमें भीष्म-सत्यवती-संवादविषयक एक सौ तीनवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ
iti prakāraṁ śrīmahābhārate ādiparvake antargata-sambhavaparvaṇi bhīṣma-satyavatī-saṁvāda-viṣayaka ekaśata-trayodaśo 'dhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ
かくして、聖なる『マハーバーラタ』のアーディ・パルヴァ中、サンバヴァ・パルヴァに属し、ビーシュマとサティヤヴァティーの対話を主題とする第百三章は終わる。結語はこの挿話の完結を告げ、誓願の倫理的重み、王統の責務、そして原則に基づきながらも高い代償を伴う決断によって俱盧の系譜が形づくられてゆくことを示す。
