व्यपोहनस्तवनिरूपण-प्रसङ्गे नक्तभोजन-शिवव्रतविधिः (वार्षिक-प्रतिमास-क्रमः)

द्वयोर् मासस्य पञ्चम्योर् द्वयोः प्रतिपदोर्नरः क्षीरधाराव्रतं कुर्यात् सो ऽश्वमेधफलं लभेत्

dvayor māsasya pañcamyor dvayoḥ pratipadornaraḥ kṣīradhārāvrataṃ kuryāt so 'śvamedhaphalaṃ labhet

二つの月の第五日(パンチャミー)二度、また二つの初日(プラティパダー)にも、人は「クシーラ・ダーラー」の誓戒を修すべきである。すなわち、シヴァ・リンガに乳を絶え間なく注ぎ供養する。これによりアシュヴァメーダ供犠の果報を得る。
