भूमिशय्यां च मासान्ते पौर्णमास्यां घृतादिभिः स्नाप्य रुद्रं महादेवं सम्पूज्य विधिपूर्वकम्

月の終わり、満月の日には、苦行の誓いとして地に臥し、ギー等の聖なる供物でルドラ—マハーデーヴァを沐浴させ、定められた作法に従って完全に礼拝すべきである。かかる規律ある礼拝により、paśuはPatiへと心を向け、信愛と戒行によってpāśaの束縛をゆるめる。
