अध्याय ८२ — व्यपोहनस्तवः (पापव्यपोहन-स्तोत्रम्)
तत्पुण्यं कोटिगुणितं जप्त्वा चाप्नोति मानवः गोघ्नश्चैव कृतघ्नश् च वीरहा ब्रह्महा भवेत्
tatpuṇyaṃ koṭiguṇitaṃ japtvā cāpnoti mānavaḥ goghnaścaiva kṛtaghnaś ca vīrahā brahmahā bhavet
そのジャパを修すれば、人は功徳を一倶胝(コーティ)倍に増して得る。だが牛を殺す者、恩を忘れる者、勇士を殺す者、そしてブラーフマナを殺す者は、重罪に染まり、ブラフマハン(ブラーフマナ殺し)と見なされる。
