सत्यं शौचं दया शान्तिः संतोषो दानमेव च पौर्णमास्याममावास्याम् उपवासं च कारयेत्
satyaṃ śaucaṃ dayā śāntiḥ saṃtoṣo dānameva ca paurṇamāsyāmamāvāsyām upavāsaṃ ca kārayet
