Suta Goswami (narrating to the sages of Naimisharanya)
It presents Rudra-arcana as a constant discipline and defines true lineage and authority (even among progenitors) as grounded in surrender to Maheśvara—the inner spirit of Linga-pūjā.
Shiva is implied as Pati (the Supreme Lord) to whom even world-sustaining beings remain devoted; creation proceeds, yet its highest orientation is refuge in Maheśvara.
Daily Rudra-archana (regular worship) is highlighted, implying a Pāśupata-style orientation: disciplined devotion that loosens pāśa (bondage) through unwavering parāyaṇatā (single-point refuge in Pati).
