tṛtīyāṃśaṃ brahmakāṇḍaṃ vadanti teṣāṃ madhye tvantimoyaṃ variṣṭhaḥ / tṛtīyāṃśaśravaṇātpuṇyamāhustulyaṃ puṇyaṃ bhāgavatasya viprāḥ

第三部はブラフマ・カーンダと呼ばれ、その中でもこの結びの章が最も勝れている。学識あるブラーフマナたちは、この第三部をただ聴聞するだけで、『バーガヴァタ・プラーナ』を聴くのと等しい功徳が得られると説く。
