āste yogaṁ samāsthāya sāṅkhyācāryair abhiṣṭutaḥ trayāṇām api lokānām upaśāntyai samāhitaḥ
This verse says that a perfected person, firmly established in yoga and deep concentration, becomes a source of pacification—bringing calm and welfare even to the three worlds.
Śukadeva Gosvāmī is narrating, describing the state of a greatly realized personality who is established in yoga and praised by Sāṅkhya authorities.
Practice steadiness of mind—regular sādhanā, disciplined living, and focused meditation—so your presence reduces agitation and brings peace to your own life and those around you.
