tau tu gīrvāṇa-ṛṣabhau dustarād dhari-lokataḥ hata-śriyau brahma-śāpād abhūtāṁ vigata-smayau

しかしその二人の門衛は、天界の中でも最勝であったが、バラモンの呪いにより美と光輝を失い、驕りも消えて憂いに沈み、ハリの住処ヴァイクンタから堕ちた。
