Transliteration

etena pūjā-vidhinā māsān dvādaśa hāyanam nītvāthoparamet sādhvī kārtike carame ’hani

Translation

この礼拝法によって、貞節な妻は十二か月、すなわち一年間、絶えず奉愛の務めを行うべきである。一年が過ぎたなら、カルッティカ月の満月の日に断食して誓いを結ぶ。
