Nṛsiṁhadeva Appears from the Pillar and Slays Hiraṇyakaśipu
श्रीवैतालिका ऊचु: सभासु सत्रेषु तवामलं यशो गीत्वा सपर्यां महतीं लभामहे । यस्तामनैषीद् वशमेष दुर्जनो द्विष्टया हतस्ते भगवन्यथामय: ॥ ५४ ॥
śrī-vaitālikā ūcuḥ sabhāsu satreṣu tavāmalaṁ yaśo gītvā saparyāṁ mahatīṁ labhāmahe yas tām anaiṣīd vaśam eṣa durjano dviṣṭyā hatas te bhagavan yathāmayaḥ
ヴァイターリカ界の者たちは言った。「主よ、私たちは大集会や供犠の場で、あなたの汚れなき栄光を歌い、皆から大いなる敬意を受けていました。ところがこの悪しき魔はその地位を奪いました。今、あなたは彼を討たれました。まるで慢性の病が癒やされるように、まことに幸いです。」
