Transliteration

śrī-śuka uvāca ataḥ paraṁ plakṣādīnāṁ pramāṇa-lakṣaṇa-saṁsthānato varṣa-vibhāga upavarṇyate.

Translation

シュリー・シュカデーヴァ・ゴースヴァーミーは言った。「これより後、プラクシャ島をはじめとする六つの島々について、その大きさ・特徴・形状に即して、各ヴァルシャ（地域）の区分を述べよう。」
