This verse describes disciples continuously reciting and singing the Sāma Veda—together with its deeper, confidential import—as an act of direct worship and glorification of the Supreme Lord.
Śukadeva Gosvāmī narrates this verse to Mahārāja Parīkṣit while describing devotional worship and the reverent atmosphere surrounding the Supreme Lord.
Make your spiritual practice steady and reverential—regularly chant sacred sound (kīrtana/recitation), study its meaning, and offer your learning as worship rather than mere scholarship.
