tataḥ puruṣa-medhena hariścandro mahā-yaśāḥ muktodaro ’yajad devān varuṇādīn mahat-kathaḥ

Translation

その後、名高き王ハリシュチャンドラはプルシャメーダの大供犠を修し、ヴァルナをはじめ諸神を供養して歓喜させた。こうしてヴァルナにより起こった水腫の病は癒えた。
