बन्धूनां नष्टगोत्राणामर्जुन: साम्परायिकम् । हतानां कारयामास यथावदनुपूर्वश: ॥ २२ ॥
bandhūnāṁ naṣṭa-gotrāṇām arjunaḥ sāmparāyikam hatānāṁ kārayām āsa yathā-vad anupūrvaśaḥ
ついでアルジュナは、もはや家系に男子の縁者を残さぬ戦死者たちのために、法にかなった葬送の儀を整えた。彼はヤドゥ族の一人一人に必要な儀礼を順に執り行った。
