Bhakti as the Easy and Supreme Yoga: Seeing Kṛṣṇa in All and Uddhava’s Departure to Badarikāśrama
य एतत् समधीयीत पवित्रं परमं शुचि । स पूयेताहरहर्मां ज्ञानदीपेन दर्शयन् ॥ २७ ॥
ya etat samadhīyīta pavitraṁ paramaṁ śuci sa pūyetāhar ahar māṁ jñāna-dīpena darśayan
この至上にして最も清浄・浄化する智慧を声高く誦する者は、日々清められる。超越の智の灯によって、彼は他者にわれを示すからである。
This verse states that one who attentively studies these supremely purifying teachings becomes cleansed day by day, and the Lord is revealed within by the lamp of spiritual knowledge.
In the Uddhava-gītā, Kṛṣṇa instructs His devotee Uddhava on the path of devotion and realization; here He emphasizes that sincere study and assimilation of His teachings steadily purify the heart and lead to direct perception of Him.
Make a daily habit of attentive reading/recitation of the Lord’s teachings, reflect on their meaning, and live accordingly—this steady practice purifies consciousness and clarifies spiritual vision.
