एवं प्रणवसंयुक्तं प्राणमेव समभ्यसेत् । दशकृत्वस्त्रिषवणं मासादर्वाग् जितानिल: ॥ ३५ ॥
evaṁ praṇava-saṁyuktaṁ prāṇam eva samabhyaset daśa-kṛtvas tri-ṣavaṇaṁ māsād arvāg jitānilaḥ
このようにプラナヴァ(オーム)に結びつけてプラーナーヤーマを修習せよ。日の出・正午・日没の三時に、それぞれ十回ずつ行う。かくして一か月のうちに、生命の息(プラーナ)を制するに至る。
This verse instructs practicing prāṇa-regulation joined with praṇava (Oṁ), done ten times at the three daily junctions, leading to mastery over the breath.
