na rakṣiṣyanti manujāḥ sthavirau pitarāv api putrān bhāryāṁ ca kula-jāṁ kṣudrāḥ śiśnodaraṁ-bharāḥ

カリの時代には、人々は老いた父母も子も、貞淑な妻さえ守らなくなる。堕落しきって、腹と欲情を満たすことだけに心を向ける。
