निन्दां भगवत: शृण्वंस्तत्परस्य जनस्य वा । ततो नापैति य: सोऽपि यात्यध: सुकृताच्च्युत: ॥ ४० ॥
nindāṁ bhagavataḥ śṛṇvaṁs tat-parasya janasya vā tato nāpaiti yaḥ so ’pi yāty adhaḥ sukṛtāc cyutaḥ
至上主、あるいはその篤信の奉仕者への非難を聞きながら、ただちにその場を去らぬ者は、積んだ功徳を失い、必ずや堕落する。
