Jarāsandha’s Siege of Mathurā, Kṛṣṇa-Balarāma’s Victory, and the Founding of Dvārakā amid Kālayavana’s Threat

Śrīla Viśvanātha Cakravartī quotes the following verses from Śrī Padma Purāṇa, Uttara-khaṇḍa, to describe how Lord Kṛṣṇa transferred the citizens from Mathurā to Dvārakā:
This verse shows Hari (Kṛṣṇa) using yogic potency to relocate or remove the public from danger, indicating His divine mastery over circumstances for protection and līlā.
Kṛṣṇa went unarmed as part of His deliberate līlā and strategy, relying on His divine potency rather than weapons, after consulting with Balarāma.
Act with clarity and guidance—protect others first, consult wise counsel, and face challenges without panic, trusting dharma and disciplined intelligence over mere force.
