tatra tāvat kriyā-yogo bhavatāṁ kiṁ vicāritaḥ atha vā laukikas tan me pṛcchataḥ sādhu bhaṇyatām

それならば、この儀礼の営みについて、あなたがたがどのように考えているのかを私に明らかにしてください。これはシャーストラの規定に基づく儀式ですか、それとも世間の習わしにすぎませんか。私が問うのです—正しくお答えください。
