Paugaṇḍa Cowherding, Tālavana, the Slaying of Dhenukāsura, and Revival from Poisoned Yamunā Water
गताध्वानश्रमौ तत्र मज्जनोन्मर्दनादिभि: । नीवीं वसित्वा रुचिरां दिव्यस्रग्गन्धमण्डितौ ॥ ४५ ॥
gatādhvāna-śramau tatra majjanonmardanādibhiḥ nīvīṁ vasitvā rucirāṁ divya-srag-gandha-maṇḍitau
沐浴や香油塗布、按摩などによって、田舎道を歩いた疲れは二人の若き主から消え去った。ついで麗しい衣をまとい、超越の花輪と芳香で荘厳された。
This verse describes Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma being refreshed by bathing and massage and then adorned with belts, garlands, and fragrance—showing how the Lord lovingly accepts intimate, personal service in His Vṛndāvana pastimes.
Śukadeva Gosvāmī describes Śrī Kṛṣṇa and Śrī Balarāma: after becoming tired from moving about, They are refreshed by bathing and massage and then beautifully decorated with divine garlands and scents.
Offer loving care to the Lord through practical devotion—cleanliness, worship, and heartfelt service (seva)—and cultivate the mood that bhakti is expressed through attentive, personal offerings.
