अन्तर्बहिश्च भूतानां पश्यन् कर्माणि चारणै: । उदासीन इवाध्यक्षो वायुरात्मेव देहिनाम् ॥ १२ ॥
antar bahiś ca bhūtānāṁ paśyan karmāṇi cāraṇaiḥ udāsīna ivādhyakṣo vāyur ātmeva dehinām
プリトゥ王は密偵によって、民の内外のあらゆる行いを見通すであろう。されど、その諜報の仕組みを誰も知り得ない。讃嘆にも誹謗にも王は中立であり、身内身外に遍満しつつも事に執着しない生命の風（プラーナ）そのもののようである。
