brahmā śarvaḥ kumāraś ca bhṛgv-ādyā munayo nṛpa pitaraḥ sarva-bhūtāni siddhā vaimānikāś ca ye
This verse lists Brahmā, Śiva, the Kumāras, sages like Bhṛgu, the Pitṛs, all beings, and perfected and celestial residents (Siddhas and Vaimānikas) as participants in the glorification.
In this narrative, the foremost cosmic administrators also acknowledge Viṣṇu’s supreme, wondrous deeds, showing that all orders of beings unite in honoring Him.
It teaches that glorifying the Lord is universal and unifying—devotion is not limited by status, learning, or realm, and sincere praise is the shared dharma of all.
