निशम्य तद्वधं भ्राता हिरण्यकशिपु: पुरा । हन्तुं भ्रातृहणं क्रुद्धो जगाम निलयं हरे: ॥ ७ ॥
niśamya tad-vadhaṁ bhrātā hiraṇyakaśipuḥ purā hantuṁ bhrātṛ-haṇaṁ kruddho jagāma nilayaṁ hareḥ
兄の殺害を聞いたヒラニヤカシプは激怒し、兄を討った主ヴィシュヌを殺そうとして、その御住処へ向かった。
