The Future Manus and the Avatāras in Their Manvantaras
श्रीशुक उवाच मनुर्विवस्वत: पुत्र: श्राद्धदेव इति श्रुत: । सप्तमो वर्तमानो यस्तदपत्यानि मे शृणु ॥ १ ॥
śrī-śuka uvāca manur vivasvataḥ putraḥ śrāddhadeva iti śrutaḥ saptamo vartamāno yas tad-apatyāni me śṛṇu
シュカデーヴァ・ゴースヴァーミーは言った。現在のマヌは、太陽界の主宰神ヴィヴァスヴァーンの子で、シュラーダデーヴァとして知られる。彼は第七のマヌである。今、彼の息子たちについて私から聞きなさい。
