दूष्यसमीपस्था वा सत्त्रिणो भ्रातरं दायं याचमानं घातेन परिभर्त्सयेयुः ॥ कZ_०५.१.१२ ॥

Transliteration

dūṣyasamīpasthā vā sattriṇo bhrātaraṃ dāyaṃ yācamānaṃ ghātena paribhartsayeyuḥ

Translation

Or, agents positioned near the tainted person should threaten the brother who is demanding inheritance with death.
