दण्डपारुष्याच्च तमेव दोषमन्येभ्यः प्राप्नोति ॥ कZ_०८.३.३६ ॥
Transliteration
daṇḍapāruṣyācca tameva doṣam anyebhyaḥ prāpnoti
Translation
そして、暴力的な処罰／強制における過酷さのために、彼は他者に科すであろうのと同じ罪責を負う（すなわち、統治者は自らが罰するその罪そのものについて有罪となる）。
