प्रकृतिष्वरूढः सुखमुच्छेत्तुं भवतीति ॥ कZ_०८.२.१८ ॥
Transliteration
prakṛtiṣv arūḍhaḥ sukham ucchettuṃ bhavatīti
Translation
プラクリティ（国家を構成する諸要素）の中に確固として根を下ろしていない者は、容易に打倒される。
