तेषां कार्तान्तिकनैमित्तिकमौहूर्तिकव्यञ्जनाः परस्पराभिसम्बन्धममित्राटविकसम्बन्धं वा विद्युः ॥ कZ_०१.१३.२३ ॥

Transliteration

teṣāṃ kārtāntika-naimittika-mauhūrtika-vyañjanāḥ parasparābhisambandham amitrāṭavika-sambandhaṃ vā vidyuḥ

Translation

このような者については、国家の観察者—方術家／占い師、兆しを読む者、占星家、そして変装した密偵—が、彼ら相互のつながり、または敵や森林部族とのつながりを突き止めるべきである。
