Transliteration

phalgudravyakarmāntebhyaḥ phalgu dravyam upaskaraṃ vā pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ

Translation

低価値の品を扱う工房から低価値の材料または器具を盗んだ者の刑罰は、第一（最軽）のサーハサ罰金である。
