तस्यापसारप्रतिसंधाने शुद्धः स्यात् अन्यथा कर्मप्राप्तः ॥ कZ_०४.८.०४ ॥

Transliteration

tasyāpasāra-pratisaṃdhāne śuddhaḥ syāt anyathā karma-prāptaḥ

Translation

その供述が精査に耐え、持ち去りとその連関（出来事の連鎖）を追っても整合するなら、彼は潔白とみなされるべきである。そうでなければ、処罰の対象となる。
