तस्यातिक्रम उत्तमो दण्डः कर्तुः कारयितुश्च कर्मणा व्यापादनेन च ॥ कZ_०४.८.२० ॥

Transliteration

tasyātikrama uttamo daṇḍaḥ kartuḥ kārayituś ca karmaṇā vyāpādanena ca

Translation

この制限に違反した場合、最高刑が科される—行為者にも、それを命じ／行わせた者にも。さらに、その行為の過程で生じた傷害や死亡についても責任を負う。
