तेन धान्यपण्यविक्रये व्यवहरेतानुग्रहेण प्रजानाम् ॥ कZ_०४.२.२७ ॥

Transliteration

tena dhānyapaṇyavikraye vyavaharet anugraheṇa prajānām

Translation

したがって、彼は民を利する（恩恵を与える）ことを目的として、穀物と商品の販売を運営／監督すべきである。
