पञ्चविंशतिपणावरेषु कुक्कुटनकुलमार्जारश्वसूकरस्तेयेषु हिंसायां वा चतुष्पञ्चाशत्पणो दण्डः नासाग्रच्छेदनं वा चण्डालारण्यचराणामर्धदण्डाः ॥ कZ_०४.१०.०२ ॥

Transliteration

pañcaviṃśatipaṇāvareṣu kukkuṭanakulamārjāraśvasūkarasteyeṣu hiṃsāyāṃ vā catuṣpañcāśatpaṇo daṇḍaḥ nāsāgracchedanaṃ vā caṇḍālāraṇyacarāṇām ardha-daṇḍāḥ

Translation

鶏・マングース・猫・馬・豚に関する盗取または傷害で、価値が二十五パナ未満の場合、罰金は五十四パナとする。あるいは鼻先の切断を科してもよい。チャンダーラおよび森林居住者については刑罰を半分とする。
