Sutra 2

ततः परं कर्तुः कारयितुश्च पूर्वः साहसदण्डः श्रोतृऋणामेकैकं प्रत्यर्धदण्डः ॥ कZ_०३.११.०२ ॥

tataḥ paraṃ kartuḥ kārayituś ca pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ śrotṛṛṇām ekaikaṃ pratyardhadaṇḍaḥ

これ(許容率)を超える場合、(超過分を)行った者と行わせた者は、ともに第一(最下位)等級のサーハサ罰金に処せられる。さらに関与した証人兼債務者一人ごとに、半額の追加罰金が科される。
