श्मशानादन्यत्र न्यासे दहने च द्वादशपणो दण्डः ॥ कZ_०२.३६.३३ ॥

Transliteration

śmaśānād anyatra nyāse dahane ca dvādaśapaṇo daṇḍaḥ

Translation

火葬場以外の場所に（死体を）置くこと、またはそこで火葬することには、罰金12（パナ）を科す。
