पांसुन्यासे रथ्यायामष्टभागो दण्डः पङ्कोदकसम्निरोधे पादः ॥ कZ_०२.३६.२६ ॥

Transliteration

pāṃsunyāse rathyāyām aṣṭabhāgo daṇḍaḥ paṅkodakasamnirodhe pādaḥ

Translation

街路に塵芥（ほこり・ごみ）を捨てた場合の罰金は（標準罰則単位の）8分の1、泥と水の流れを妨げた場合は4分の1である。
