Transliteration
bhūtānāṃ kṛṣṇasaṃdhījyāḥ senānyaḥ śuklasaṃdhuṣu
Translation
ブータ（霊的存在）に関する鎮撫のための作法は闇半月の節目に行い、将帥については明半月の節目に行うべきである。
