अनभियोगश्चार्थेष्वागन्तूनामन्यत्र सभ्योपकारिभ्यः ॥ कZ_०२.१६.१३ ॥

Transliteration

anabhiyogaś cārtheṣv āgantūnām anyatra sabhyopakāribhyaḥ

Translation

外来の商人（来訪商人）は、商取引に関して請求や嫌がらせを受けるべきではない――ただし、評判の良い市民（または市の保護下にある者）に害を与えた場合を除く。
