Transliteration

pṛthivī kośa-daṇḍābhyāṃ prāpyate kośa-bhūṣaṇā

Translation

領土（pṛthivī）は国庫と強制力によって獲得され、そしてその領土は逆に国庫の飾り—増益—となる。
