उदासीनस्य दण्डानुग्रहः फलेन अर्थो निरनुबन्धः ॥ कZ_०९.७.१६ ॥

Transliteration

udāsīnasya daṇḍānugrahaḥ phalena artho niranubandhaḥ

Translation

中立者に対して処罰または恩恵を用いることは、目先の結果としてのみ利益を生み、後続の効果はない（後続なき利）。
