यत्र बाह्या बाह्यानुपजपन्ति अभ्यन्तरानभ्यन्तरा वा तत्रैकान्तयोग उपजपितुः सिद्धिर्विशेषवती ॥ कZ_०९.५.१७ ॥

Transliteration

yatra bāhyā bāhyān upajapanti abhyantarān abhyantarā vā tatraikāntayoga upajapituḥ siddhir viśeṣavatī

Translation

外部の者が外部の者を、あるいは内部の者が内部の者を扇動するところでは、単一路線で緊密に集中した工作が、扇動者にとってとりわけ効果的な成功をもたらす。
