दूष्येषु वा दूष्यव्यञ्जनाः प्रणिहिता दूष्यान्बाह्यैर्भेदयेयुः बाह्यान्वा दूष्यैः ॥ कZ_०९.५.१४ ॥
Transliteration
dūṣyeṣu vā dūṣyavyañjanāḥ praṇihitā dūṣyān bāhyair bhedayeyuḥ bāhyān vā dūṣyaiḥ
Translation
あるいは、名誉を傷つける口実を携えて潜入させた工作員が離間を起こすべきである。すなわち、外部の者を用いて弱みを握られた者たちを分断するか、弱みを握られた者たちを用いて外部の者を分断する。
