Chapter 139 — षष्टिसंवत्सराः (The Sixty Years)
『ユッダジャヤールṇava』の実務的志向を継ぎ、主宰神 Īśvara は、六十年のサンヴァツァラ（saṃvatsara）循環を jyotiṣa（天文占星）の枠組みとして示し、王権と社会に関わる吉凶の成否を判定する方法を説く。本章は、Prabhava・Vibhava・Prajāpati・Aṅgirā・Īśvara・Pramāthī・Vikrama・Durmukha・Hemalamba・Vilamba などの年名を、yajña の繁栄、民の安楽、作柄、降雨の型（適度か過多か）、健康と疫病、財の損失、社会の苛烈さ、勝利の見込みと結び付けて述べる。さらに、血のような分泌、充血した眼、黄褐色の空、激しく増す水、そして ‘siddhārtha/raudra/durmati/dundubhi’ の諸状態を、時運に連なる兆しとして読み、施政判断・軍事的警戒・福祉措置の指針とする。かくして本章は、宇宙の時を実行可能な知見として用い、dharma と豊穣、戦略的成功を支えるための、国家向け簡潔 jyotiṣa 手引きとなっている。
