तां यौवनस्थां राजेन्द्र शतं कन्या: स्वलंकृता: । दास्य: शतं च कल्याणीमुपातस्थुर्वशानुगा:,राजेन्द्र! जब उसने युवावस्थामें पदार्पण किया, उस समय उस कल्याणी कन्याको वस्त्राभूषणोंसे विभूषित सौ सुन्दरी कन्याएँ और सौ दासियाँ उसकी आज्ञाके अधीन होकर घेरे रहतीं और उसकी सेवा किया करती थीं
tāṃ yauvanasthāṃ rājendra śataṃ kanyāḥ svalankṛtāḥ | dāsyaḥ śataṃ ca kalyāṇīm upātasthur vaśānugāḥ ||
O king, when she had entered the bloom of youth, a hundred maidens, beautifully adorned, and a hundred maidservants stood around that auspicious girl—obedient to her will—attending upon her in constant service.
