त्वमेव सर्वान्‌ ग्रससि पुनरेव युगक्षये । देवैरपि न शक्यस्त्वं परिज्ञातुं कुतो मया,'फिर प्रलयकाल आनेपर आप ही सब जीवोंको अपना ग्रास बना लेते हैं। देवता भी आपके स्वरूपको नहीं जान सकते, फिर मेरी तो बात ही क्या?

tvam eva sarvān grasasi punar eva yugakṣaye | devair api na śakyas tvaṃ parijñātuṃ kuto mayā ||

You alone swallow up all beings again at the end of the age. Even the gods are unable to fully comprehend your true nature—how then could I? The speaker acknowledges the Lord’s cosmic sovereignty and places human understanding in humility, implying that ethical life rests on reverence and surrender before what exceeds the intellect.
